Katie McGhie is a chiropractor in Guelph focused on helping patients improve mobility, recover from injury, and restore overall physical function through evidence-informed chiropractic care. With a background in kinesiology and exercise prescription, Katie combines rehabilitation principles with hands-on chiropractic treatment to support patients through all stages of recovery and long-term wellness.

Katie graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 with an Honors Specialization Degree in Kinesiology before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2012. Since beginning practice in 2011, she has continued to provide patient-centered chiropractic care focused on improving movement quality, reducing pain, and supporting long-term physical health.

Prior to and throughout her chiropractic career, Katie worked closely with seniors in exercise-based rehabilitation settings, prescribing individualized exercise programs and leading exercise classes designed to improve activity levels, mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. This experience strengthened her understanding of functional movement, injury prevention, and the importance of active rehabilitation across all age groups.

Katie integrates chiropractic techniques with exercise-based care strategies to help patients recover from injury, manage dysfunction, and improve day-to-day function. She works with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal pain, mobility restrictions, and movement-related limitations, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
