What Is the Vestibular System?
The vestibular system is located in the inner ear and works with your brain, eyes, and muscles to control balance and spatial awareness.
When this system isn’t functioning properly, it can cause symptoms such as:
Vertigo (spinning sensation)
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Poor balance
Motion sensitivity
Visual disturbance
Nausea
