Auto Insurance – MVA Billing
Health House Guelph offers treatment for Motor Vehicle Accident, or MVA, patients. If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, our team can help guide you through the treatment and billing process.
Auto insurance claims can feel overwhelming, especially if you are unfamiliar with the claims process. Our team can support you with the necessary documentation and help coordinate care related to motor vehicle injuries.

WSIB – Industrial / Work-Related Programs
Health House Guelph also supports patients with WSIB claims. Once WSIB approves your claim, we can communicate with WSIB directly regarding funding for your services.
If you have experienced a workplace injury, you must complete Form 6 at your workplace or through the WSIB website. After filing your report, you have a 6-month timeline to claim your benefits. You should also have a WSIB claim number and contact information for your WSIB representative.
